	The Switch Is On offers tools for homeowners, businesses, and contractors. The incentive finder tool is comprehensive, including the current federal, state, regional, and local incentives all in one place; updated weekly. The contractor finder tool lists vetted contractors who have been trained to install heat pumps.
Central Coast Community Energy’s New Construction Electrification Program offers rebates to housing developers and homeowners in San Benito County for building all-electric homes. Central Coast Community Energy’s Electrify Your Home program offers rebates to residential customers who are replacing existing fossil-fuel or wood-burning appliances with heat-pump or fully electric alternatives, or who are replacing an eligible cooktop/range with an induction model.
	Constructing a residential building? The California Energy-Smart Homes Program is an all-in-one solution that offers incentives for all-electric construction of single family, duplex, townhome, multifamily low-rise, alterations, and accessory dwelling units.
GoGreen Financing, a state-run program, offers financing and technical assistance for energy-efficient upgrades to homes, businesses, nonprofits, and multifamily properties. Whether you're exploring project options or have a specific upgrade in mind, GoGreen's network of contractors can help. For business and multifamily projects, the program works with select lenders to lower interest rates, potentially offering 0% financing.
	Rewiring America offers a tool to help you estimate savings from Inflation Reduction Act incentives for energy-efficient upgrades, home electrification, and solar + battery storage. The tool combines incentives to calculate future savings, and the organization also provides resources highlighting the economic and environmental benefits of electrifying transportation and buildings.
EnergyStar provides a comprehensive list of available rebates for residential and commercial energy-efficient appliances, including dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens. With easy navigation filters, you can quickly find rebates that apply to your needs.

Electric Transportation Resources

	Ecology Action’s EVs for Everyone Purchase Guidance Program helps low-to-middle–income residents through the entire process of buying an electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Receive purchasing guidance, explore EV models, learn about charging options, and explore financial incentives.
Use PG&E’s EV resources to estimate costs (and savings!), find charging stations, and more. Businesses and Housing Developers: Check out PG&E’s Multifamily Housing and Small Business EV Charger Program for free or discounted assistance with EV charger installation analysis, permitting and planning. The Residential Charging Solutions program offers eligible customers a rebate on PG&E-approved electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment. The program supports residential EV charging while minimizing costly electrical upgrades. Residential customers who meet the eligibility requirements may qualify for a rebate covering up to 100 percent of the purchase price of charging equipment.
	PlugShare is a free resource for EV drivers to locate, share, and review EV charging stations. Plan your EV trip by mapping out charging stations along your route and see real-time status updates on the chargers. You can even sign up to share your EV plug with neighbors and visitors!
Central Coast Community Energy offers rebates to San Benito County customers! The Electrify Your Ride program offers rebates for electric vehicles, chargers, and electrical work related to charger installation. The Ag Electrification Program provides rebates to Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) customers who replace fossil fuel powered agricultural equipment with new, all-electric equipment. Eligible equipment includes irrigation pumps, farm tools, utility vehicles, and other equipment. The Electric Bus Program provides 3CE customers with incentives for the purchase or lease of all-electric buses for schools, public transit agencies, and agricultural worker transport businesses. The Electric Bus Program is intended to reduce GHG emissions from buses, as well as eliminate harmful pollutants emitted by traditional diesel buses in close proximity to people. Eligible organizations include individual public schools or public-school districts, businesses that provide Ag transport services, and transit authorities.
	The California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Zero Emission Transportation provides information and resources to make the switch to electric transportation, including a list of vehicles eligible for CARB’s incentive programs and a hub of rebates and incentives offered throughout the state. CARB also has a grant program to help make clean vehicles accessible and affordable to income qualified residents.
Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Tax Credit: Available for businesses and individuals who purchase eligible electric vehicles (EVs). The tax credit amount varies depending on the vehicle's battery capacity. Learn about how to claim the tax credit, including eligibility requirements and documentation needed for filing taxes.
	The Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) has opened applications for its Electric Vehicle Incentive Program (EVIP) for FY 2025–2026, offering financial incentives to residents, nonprofits, and government agencies in Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties who purchase or lease an eligible EV on or after July 1, 2025.
